Hi there! I'm Sherry Lynn Beckham, founder and CEO of Be Defined Training and Companion Care. I bring 20 years in the healthcare field to the table. I earned certifications as a Medical Assistant and a Community Healthcare Worker. My quest began when I became a Basic Life Support (BLS) instructor through the American Heart Association (AHA). This certification marked the start of my mission to empower individuals with the knowledge and confidence to respond effectively in emergency situations. Drawing on my experience and expertise, I founded Be Defined Training and Companion Care to provide comprehensive CPR/BLS and first aid training.
