Service Description

BLS Provider (CPR/AED for Healthcare) Basic Life Support (BLS) is a CPR/AED certification class for healthcare professionals and medical students. American Heart Association BLS Provider is an Instructor-led class and teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in both prehospital and in-facility environments, with a focus on High-Quality CPR and team dynamics. Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Class fees, transfer fees, and materials (e.g., course manuals, CPR masks) are non-refundable. If a registered participant leaves the class for any reason, they are not eligible for a refund or transfer to another class. Transfer Policy: Participants may reschedule a class by completing a Transfer Request. Transfers are granted if space is available within 60 days of the original class date. Only one transfer is allowed per registration, and the following fees apply: CPR/AED: $20 CPR/AED/First Aid: $25 BLS/BLS Renewal/BLS Skills Session: $20 No-Show Policy: If a participant is absent from their scheduled class, no refund or transfer will be granted. Pre-Course Requirement Policy: Failure to complete pre-course requirements (e.g., online coursework) results in forfeiture of registration fees. Failed Course Policy: If a participant fails to pass the course, they may attend another class by completing a Transfer Request and paying the applicable transfer fee. No refunds are given for failed courses. Cancelled Class Policy: Be Defined Training reserves the right to cancel classes as needed. If a class is canceled, participants will be offered a transfer to a different class or a full refund. Waiver of Liability: By participating in a course, you waive the right to any claims for injuries sustained during the course or any subsequent activities. You agree to hold harmless Be Defined Training for any injuries you may inflict on others as a result of the training. Acknowledgment of Risks: You acknowledge the risks involved in attending a CPR instruction course and agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries, including death, damages, or losses. You release Be Defined Training from any claims arising from participation in the course. Agreement and Waiver: By registering, you confirm that you have the legal authority to do so on behalf of yourself or any other party. You also acknowledge that participation carries inherent risks, and you release Be Defined Training from liability for any claims arising from participation. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer: Be Defined Training is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of its services. The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Be Defined Training does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services and is not responsible for any errors or omissions.
